Phoenix Creek Supply offers digital products including guides, field manuals, templates, and downloadable resources. All digital products are delivered electronically and made available immediately upon successful purchase.
Because digital products are accessible instantly and cannot be returned once delivered, purchases are generally considered final. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.
Delivery & Access Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, encounter a corrupted file, or believe delivery failed, please contact our support team within a reasonable time after purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure you receive a functional copy of the product you purchased.
Refunds & Resolutions
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the payment platform used at checkout and its applicable policies. Phoenix Creek Supply does not process refunds directly for third-party payment platforms.
In cases where a digital product is demonstrably defective and a resolution cannot be provided, refund eligibility will follow the guidelines of the original payment processor.
