What I Build

Standard Build — $1,500

A modern, fast, mobile-ready site built on a reliable stack and deployed correctly.

Included (typical 5-page setup):

  • Gallery / Work (optional)

Also included:

  • Mobile responsive layout
  • Basic SEO setup (titles, descriptions, indexing-ready)
  • Contact form (sends to your email)
  • Performance-focused build (fast load, clean structure)
  • Deployed live (Vercel hosting)
  • One revision pass after first draft is delivered

Timeline: Usually 7–14 days depending on content readiness.

Monthly Care Plan — $150/month

This keeps your site stable, updated, and handled.

Includes:

  • Hosting + deployment management
  • Basic updates (text/images, small changes)
  • Fixes if something breaks
  • Monthly health check
  • Support when you need it

Not included:

  • Full redesigns
  • Major new pages/features
  • E-commerce builds
  • Advanced marketing/SEO campaigns

If you want upgrades like those, we quote it clean and separate.

If You Already Own a Domain

Perfect. You keep it.

Two simple ways to connect it:

  • You give temporary access to your domain registrar (Namecheap/GoDaddy/etc.), or
  • You update the DNS records I provide (I’ll guide you step-by-step)

Your domain stays in your name. Always.

Rule: I do not buy domains “on speculation.” If a domain is needed, you purchase it (or we invoice before purchase).

What I Need From You

To move fast, I need:

  • Business name + phone + email
  • Services list (even rough is fine)
  • Logo (if you have one)
  • 5–15 photos (job photos are best)
  • Any links you want included (Google reviews, FB page, etc.)

No logo? No problem — we can build clean text branding and upgrade later.
